Combine 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour with 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1/4 cup safflower oil, 1 egg and 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Add 1/2 cup beef broth and mix well. Knead for 2 minutes or until dough is manageable. Roll to ½ inch thickness and cut into shapes. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
