Ingredients:
5 lbs. chicken thighs, cooked, until done. 4 hours on high, 6 on low. 2½ lbs. frozen broccoli, uncooked.
½ stalk of celery, chopped in small bite size pieces, uncooked.
½ bag of frozen/fresh spinach, drained, uncooked. Stems can be used.
1 large can of green beans, well rinsed, uncooked.
1 clove of fresh garlic
Directions:
Makes 1½ large gallon bags.
Carefully de-bone chicken after cooled.
