Ingredients:
4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cups wheat germ
1/4 cups corn meal
1/3 cups corn oil
1 and 1/2 cups water or apple juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.
Combine all ingredients and knead for 2-3 minutes. Roll out 10, 1/8 or ¼ inch thick and cut out shapes.
Bake 30 minutes.
